Specialising in the service and maintenance of deli kitchen, butchery, bakery and other commercial appliances. Working as a service agent for Rollex who imports and provides various appliances throughout new Zealand. Working with machinery to find solutions to problems as fast as possible. Emergency lighting tests and repairs and other building maintenance for our larger customers, including foodstuffs owned supermarkets and other large factory's. Also with experience wiring and fitting off new homes and other general residential electrical tasks.

Ballance is a New Zealand farmer-owned co-operative. The core business is fertiliser manufacturing,
supply, sales and advice. Ballance offers farmers a full range of science-backed nutrient products and
services.
Responsible for the monitoring, maintenance and replacement of conveyer belt systems across all
Ballance manufacturing sites throughout the North Island. Report to the Mechanical Team Leader Asset
and Reliability. Manage both planned and reactive maintenance of conveyer belts and a range of other
manufacturing systems and machinery.
Plan regular shutdowns, including annual shutdowns, delegate duties to a team of three and supervise
the shutdown process.
Work regular shifts and also on call and provide immediate response for breakdowns. Also involved in heavy industrial maintenance including rigging, fitting, working with pneumatics and
hydraulics and handling industrial chemicals.
Manage health and safety observations, process permit audits for each job and complete health and
safety procedures and administration tasks.
Use the SAP system on a daily basis and responsible for data management and recording of all jobs.
Manage liaison with manufacturing sites around the North Island in regard to requirements for belt
systems and other machinery.
Manage stock, order parts and supplies and liaise with stores department to ensure optimum stock
levels are maintained.
Have quickly built a strong track record of success in maintaining conveyer belts and other
machinery to ensure the optimal running of plant. Successful in taking on a leadership role.

Mouats Engineering is based in Mount Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty and is a division of Maisey
Group. The business provides plant engineering and maintenance services. The business holds a
contract for maintenance of the Ballance Agri-Nutrient Mount Maunganui manufacturing plant.
Worked a Trades Assistant for Ballance Agri-Nutrients. This included assisting during annual
maintenance and shut down of the sulphuric acid manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities included general fitting assistance, general rigging and lifting, operating cranage lifts,
confined space safety watch duties, opening up of acid pipe wearing full acid suit PPE, control valve
fitting, steel work preparation buffing and grinding. Duties also included gasket, threaded studs and
bolts and pipe flange preparation along with torqueuing of heavy wall pipe section flanges.

Bydand Pastoral Co. is a family owned company that operates sheep and cattle stations in far western Queensland also has cattle stations throughout New South Wales in Australia. Worked as a farmhand on a large 300,000 hectare sheep and cattle station. Responsible for assisting with a wide range of farming duties. This installed work ethic and perspective in me for future jobs.
