• assisting with emergency and elective procedures, including but not limited to intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, dialysis catheterization, percutaneous tracheostomy, and tracheostomy care. My expertise extends to managing a variety of cases in cardiology and critical care settings, encompassing myocardial infarction, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), interpretation of angiograms, pacemaker implantation, thromboembolism management, cardioversion procedures, and pulmonary embolism. Furthermore, I am experienced in managing chronic conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), sickle cell crisis, tuberculosis, and HIV. Additionally, I have managed neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomy, post-burr hole care, ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt management, external ventricular drain (EVD) monitoring, along with gastrointestinal procedures such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP, as well as liver cirrhosis cases. Moreover, I am adept at managing pediatric cases, including croup, asthma, acute gastroenteritis (AGE), and respiratory distress, sepsis, and managed gynecological cases such as HELP syndrome, PPH, APH, and pre-eclampsia.
