• Stay in regular contact with my parents: Keeping them updated about the condition of the house, any deliveries, or unexpected occurrences.
• Attention to Details by following house rules and maintaining cleanliness and order: Ensure the house remains clean and tidy for my siblings to live in.
• Problem-solving Ability when being at home: Be prepared for unexpected situations (e.g., leaks, power outages) and have a list of emergency contacts also being proactive.
• Security Awareness ensuring the home is secure: Lock doors and windows, and set alarms if instructed. Be mindful of suspicious activity in the neighbourhood.

Factory Hand Responsibilities

• Assisting with Production: Support the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment. Load raw materials into machinery and ensure smooth flow through the production line. Help with the preparation and mixing of ingredients, following recipes and instructions.
  
• Packaging and Labelling: Package dry food products into bags, boxes, or containers, ensuring correct quantities and proper sealing. Apply labels with necessary information such as product name, weight, and expiration date.
  
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and machinery regularly to adhere to hygiene standards. Dispose of waste and ensure that work areas are free of contaminants.
  
• Stock and Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, including restocking supplies as needed. Report any shortages or issues with materials to supervisors.

Mussel Opener and Packing Responsibilities

• Maintaining speed and precision: Shuck mussels at a fast pace without damaging the meat or shells.
• Adhering to quality standards: Ensure that the mussels meet quality and hygiene standards as outlined by the factory.
• Cleaning and sorting: Sort and clean mussels before opening, ensuring only suitable ones are processed.
• Sorting and packing: Pack mussel meat or shelled mussels into containers, ensuring proper weight, size, and quality.
• Quality control: Check for any defects or issues in the product before packing, discarding items that don't meet quality standards.
