• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual that thrives on being an honest, reliable and hardworking person. I learn by observing, listening, and actively participating in hands-on learning experiences and embrace challenges and approach them with confidence. I am returning to the workforce from a previous Team Leader Secondment within ACC Recovery Administration. I have learnt many leadership skills within this time such as maintaining a high performing team, networking beyond my usual sphere, thinking strategically to address unique challenges and enhanced resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment. I am now eager to put all this knowledge into practice, while taking on new responsibilities and challenges.
