I am currently employed by Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) as a Senior Client Services Advisor with the Immigration Contact Centre (ICC) in Porirua. I was seconded to the Senior position in ICC in less than one year without needing to apply for it as a result of my hard work and diligence.


During my tenure, I have obtained many valuable skills that I will bring to the Resolutions Analyst role, including excellent communication, both oral and written, superb self-management that requires minimal supervision, keen observation, analytical abilities, and problem solving. Most importantly, I have extensive knowledge of the Immigration New Zealand (INZ) systems, procedures, and policy, particularly, the Immigration Instructions in the Operations Manual.
