  • All accounting duties relating Balance sheet and P&L reconciliations including accounts payable/receivable, management of bank accounts, reconciliations,Forex transactions , tax management and liaising with stakeholders , External accountant E&Y and Findex and Head office auditors

  • Ensure paying process within according to timeline, by doing follow-up on Purchase Request and Purchase Order creation, approval process and Vendor payments, Review of Creditors for Payment including multi-currency and forex Transactions
  • Responsible for ensuring the SAP AP and AR functions run smoothly, ensuring all payments and invoices are accurate and raised in a timely manner
  • Oversee preparation of debtor’s invoices and monthly billing, reconciliation of digital sales, Eftpos and Mobile eftpos and cash sales
