Shaed Martin-Bailey

Father of 2 (8yo & 3yo). While working as a fabricator at NDL engineering. I made products in the farming industry, such as sort gates alongside other types of gates, rotary shed jigs, etc. I spent time here running the mild steel side using CNC plasma and water cutters and overseeing the fabrication work done by two fabricators and partaking when workload was high. While at Mcleods sheetmetal I made diesel trailer tanks and bush cube diesel tanks using mig and tig welders. I was required to hold a welding ticket to complete these jobs. Alongside smaller projects using stainless and alloy. At both companies i used power tools, presses, benders, rollers, forklifts etc. As a fabricator-engineer i had to work and oversee work done to a high standard.

I have also spent a few years studying and working in the fitness and healthcare sector,this has always been an interest and hobby of mine. This role taught me how to communicate well inter-personally, adhere to safety practices, work well in a team and build connections with clients.
