I am an experienced and qualified social care worker. I enjoy working with children of all ages and of all capabilities. My previous roles given me great knowledge and experience of working with children, families and schools and the importance of good communication with all. I have thorough knowledge of residential care and the legislation including good practices, health, safety and keeping high standards. I am well experienced in terms of intellectual disability, autism, challenging behaviours and mental health conditions. I am an excellent team player and very willing to learn and adapt to new working environments, attend training and team meetings.
