  • Designed processes to increase efficiency by minimizing error and reducing repetitive tasks.
  • Trained and managed our post graduate students to perform testing with our range of equipment and run the ASSEP program.
  • Set and oversaw SOP guidelines for laboratory work.
  • Worked with a range of key stake holders to maintain relationships and use of our lab facilities and equipment.
