I believe that I am suitable for teaching as I am happy, friendly, flexible, self motivated and highly organised.

I will always demonstrate commitment to professional values leadership and the daily running of the kindergarten alongside the small team of teachers.  

I am passionate about children's learning and supporting them through anything that arises. I believe that strong relationships with whanau help to foster children's learning. I am committed to using Te Reo in my daily practice and value te tikanga maori.

With 20 years experience, I am very familiar with Te Whariki the early childhood curriculum and confident to deliver individual programs and implement teaching approaches.

With my experience working in a team, I am tolerant of other perspectives and able to deal with a wide variety of people. This has taught me to give and receive instructions well through critical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills resulting in solution focused outcomes.

As a dedicated and self motivated cyclist/runner I am physically fit and able to carry out my role as a teacher and actively participate in the daily program. My strength and fitness rolemodels high energy levels,promoting the tamariki's health and well being.

I have excellent time management skills and am always punctual proving my dedication to my work ethics.
