I have been working in the customer service industry for the last 20 years; I have a love of meeting people and going above and beyond in this role. In my most present role, I have taken our Retail business from a small $200,000-a-year business to today a $1 million dollar business, and still growing rapidly, all with hard work and making the customer the true focus of everything we do. We now also run an online Store and offer a full embroidery and printing service to our customers.
In my present role, I run all aspects of the store, including stock ordering and inventory management, managing GP and stock flow, as well as B2B orders from receiving the orders, making sure all embroidery is as specified by the customer, shipment, and invoicing. I have a warm and bubbly personality and have always found it easy to mix with people of all ages.
