Accomplishments

Customer Focus and Service Excellence

  • Achieved great results at TTW with the vanities and mirror spec by decreasing the cost of the tiles. Always looking at ways to create more luxurious homes whilst looking at cost savings.
  • Created exceptional use of space and resolved storage issues at the TTW show home by incorporating built in drawers to the wardrobes. Taking on feedback from the sales team and customer visits I could see there was an opportunity for improvement. Collaborating with supplier Boston Wardrobe I went to their showroom to look at options with a financial and customer focus to ensure the product was in keeping with the specifications.
  • Documented and created a cost analysis of painted down pipes vs pre colour coated down pipes. Resolving issues of touch ups and maintenance issues due to movement and heat. Resulting in scaffold coming down sooner, less cost and visually more appealing.

Values and Behaviours

  • Through my work as the Sustainability lead at North Branch I have run all cultural events
  • Fosters engagement and inclusion within the branch through initiatives such as football game, walks, mental health talks and connecting with the teams on site.
  • Part of my work on the Sustainability team has been looking into CCA treated timber. I initiated the idea of creating a toolbox talk that looked at handling and working with CCA treated timber. I collaborated across inter teams and designed a one page document. I then delivered this toolbox talk company wide to all FL sites in NZ to site supervisors and contractors, handing out gloves and educating all on handling and working with CCA treated timber.
