* Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the rotomoulding team to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

*Doing all the pre - checks before starting the machine.
* Set up, operate, and monitor rotational moulding machines, ensuring products meet quality specifications.
* Prepare moulds by cleaning, inspecting, and applying mould release before production.
* Verify shot weights and correct recipes to achieve consistent wall thickness and product quality.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime and reduce scrap.
* Perform and oversee quality inspections, including wall thickness measurements and visual checks.
* Train and mentor new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safe work practices, and machine operation.
* Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and provide guidance to team members throughout the shift.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including the safe use of forklifts, cranes, lifting equipment, and power tools.
* Conduct daily huddles to communicate production priorities, and promote a positive team culture.
* Work closely with production planners, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
* Maintain accurate production records and report machine faults, quality concerns, and safety hazards.
* Updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developed work instructions to improve changeover accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
