- Communication, I have excellent verbal and written communication skills which enables me to communicate with patients politely and fellow colleagues alike. I can clearly deliver my message in a manner which is easy to understand. I am also a very good listener which enables me to understand and follow directions efficiently. Working for Ministry of Health often required that I quickly adapt to pressure situations as they develop. This has greatly increased my decision making ability.
- Time management, I am quite adept at meeting deadlines and prioritizing emergency cases which has been a key component in my training at Ministry of Health. I am very proficient at prioritizing and managing my time and able to work with a large number of patients so that I make the most use of what is given to me. Moreover I am able to make efficient use of limited resources to achieve work outcomes.
- Teamwork, I work very well with others making me an excellent team player and have no problems being part of a team. Teamwork is very important to the success of any organization and I’m always working to better myself and any organization I’m a part of.
