Summary

As a Payroll Team Lead, my team and I are responsible for processing payrolls for 1500+ employees within 10 different entities. Working with various contracts including a collective agreement, on a rotating fortnightly basis, all whilst ensuring compliance with applicable acts and following best practice processes. I have a deep understanding of the holidays act and provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on all payroll matters. I have attended several payroll courses through EMA and NZPPA ensuring I am always up to date with the latest legislative requirements. As of recent I have achieved Level 5 Certified Payroll Leader Certification through NZPPA.

Hobbies

I love staying active. I start my morning routine by waking up early and getting in some form of exercise as I feel this sets up my day for success and gets me going. I especially enjoy running long distance.

Every other weekend I also work as a bridal hairstylist as I enjoy getting creative, meeting new people and making them feel beautiful.
