It has been my pleasure to serve as an service and cost admin officer in my past professional roles for almost 4 years. On my way till here I have served many customers and clients on daily basis in addition to being productive and diligent. I was located on front desk at my both ex-employers and managed to handle customer queries and update my customers on daily basis via calls and regular emails . While coming across different types of customer's daily I have an idea to handle customer's well and have a great idea what are customer preferences. My role also included to provide invoices and quotes to the customers. As part of front desk admin I have practised how to work as a team with other departments and also multitask few things at once when required.
