In this role, I am responsible for providing help to Maori and Pacific students with their coursework.

• Provide individualized academic assistance to Maori and Pacifica students, including tutoring, assignment help, and exam preparation, ensuring course material was understood.
• Organize and lead study groups, workshops, and discussion sessions, encouraging collaborative learning and peer support among students
• Act as a communication bridge between students and faculty, conveying student feedback and addressing concerns to improve the learning experience.
• Have facilitated workshops on academic skills and personal development that received high praise from students, contributing to anoticeable improvement in their confidence and academic skills.

In this role I am responsible for providing customer service and managing stock levels in the paint department.

• Worked collaboratively as part of a supportive and inclusive team across departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, including coordinating with team members to fulfill customer orders and inquiries.
• Managed stock levels and ensured shelves were consistently stocked with a wide variety of paint and related products, maintaining accurate inventory records and promptly ordering supplies as needed.
