My background spans end-to-end HR coordination, recruitment, people operations, and compliance across regulated healthcare environments in both New Zealand and India. I've worked in large multi-site organisations where getting the details right really matters, employment agreements, induction processes, HRIS record keeping, NZ legislation, and I've built a reputation for being thorough, calm under pressure, and genuinely easy to work with.

I hold a Master of Business from AUT alongside an MBA, and my academic grounding in HR, organisational behaviour, and strategic management informs the way I think about people problems practically, not theoretically. I don't just understand policies; I understand people.
