Assistant Manager - Front Office
*Assisting and supervising the front office team and all the other departments when the front office manager or the hotel manager is not in the premises.
*Manage and resolve guest complaints and enquiries
*Staying up to date with current hotel services and offers and keep the reception team updated.
*Complying to health and safety procedures of the hotel and make sure the reception team is aware on the same.
*Assist guest enquiries and maintain high level of guest satisfaction.
*Assist the reception team on check-in, check-out procedures and reservation enquiries.
*Following up on credit accounts of guests and help to close the accounts.
*Assisting each department on the emergency crisis.
