- Managing internal audits: Infant Formula Notice 2017 & 2022, China OMAR,

pathogen programme, cleaning program, water program and non-conforming dairy material management program, traceability program.

- Being responsible for raw materials and packaging material compliance programme, material specification, material releasing, NCR and deviation.

-Collaborating with multi-departments to complete the GACC IF interim non-conformance report, reviewing and creating SOPs to comply with IFN and APN: PSP 2022.

- Assisting in Halal Audit and RMP audit, successfully having company Halal certified.

- Conducting in-process checks and completing in-process check reports.

- Performing physical testing on raw materials and products: sensory evaluation, bulk density,

distinguishing time, hardness.

- Responsible for finished goods batch file release.

- Managing the NCR system, hence strong knowledge in the manufacturing of capsules, tablets, and sachets.

- Managing supplier qualification system, assessing supplier quality system and reviewing raw material trend to the qualifying supplier for rotationally testing.

- Managing document control system, training system and certification application system.

- Experienced in the application of import permits (NZ & AU), familiar with IHS, BICON and transitional facilities.

- Chemicals and experimental equipment preparation

- IWS mountain line quality lead

- Managing pest control program: identified gaps for 2023 pest service, saved cost 18k. Reviewed pest control program 2023, saved cost 57k for year 2024 by reduce the service frequency and pest traps.

- Environmental PSG: work with cross-functional team, reduced EB hits to reach global KPI 4% within 3 months.

- Other day to day responsibilities: NCR, GMP, environmental management, intrusive maintenance, trail support and etc.

- Data analysis, experiment design, and microbiology experiment :bacteria cultivation and sterilization

- 2 internship experiences: year 2019 and year 2020.

- Supporting in formulated meal replacements project, formulated supplementary foods project and dietary supplements project, hence have experienced in regulation (GB & FSANZ) check, formulation, packaging label assessment, costing, sensory testing experiment.

- Supporting in China's new product patent application.

- Supporting in scale-up experiment, sensory experiment and lab maintenance.
