I am a very experienced educational Leader . I am committed to high quality educational practices to promote learning for all multicultural students so they can achieve to their highest ability .

I am also skilled in supporting and mentoring individuals new to the teaching fraternity and am committed to life long learning to ensure this support is up-to -date and positive.

I have been leading a large multi cultural school in Manurewa, very successfully over many years,(35)

I have skills in pedagogy of bilingual learning and the setting up new bilingual education units for support of schools and communities .

I am passionate about engaging parents as the third partner in their child's education, including community/parent education in areas of need.. This also includes parenting skills for young urbanised families who may not have Kaumatua/ Kuia involvement.

I am a team player with strong organizational skills. I have special ability in handling multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
