Summary

I consider myself confident, decisive, and friendly in a variety of situations. I am driven and motivated to attain goals. Maintaining balance with challenges and a sense of humour are important to me.

Leadership is where I feel empowered to support others to improve the educational outcomes of all akonga. I have developed leadership skills in roles as Head of Department and Deaning.

I am proud of my recent accomplishments of completing a Masters in Secondary School Leadership with a Merit endorsement and continuing my te reo Māori learning journey through Te Pūkenga (previously NMIT).
