• Performed percutaneous tracheostomy under supervision and guidance.

• Conduct patient triage including history intake, symptom assessment, and prioritization of care needs.

• Monitor and record vital signs, perform patient examinations, and support clinical decision-making.

• Manage and resolve phone nurse queries, escalating clinical concerns appropriately.

• Assist with smooth patient flow and ensure timely consultations.

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver safe and effective care.
