I have recently graduated from MSL Police prep college and am currently in the application process to join the NZ police force. I am a dedicated and community-focused individual with a strong sense of duty and a commitment to maintaining public safety. I possess a solid understanding of law enforcement procedures and a keen ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations, a principled individual who consistently upholds the core values of the police force. My commitment to integrity ensures that I act with honesty and ethical responsibility in all situations. I excel in maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure, and I am adept at empathizing with others, recognizing and respecting diverse perspectives. Additionally, I place significant value on the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi, actively contributing to partnerships and promoting equity within our communities. My background includes of comprehensive training in Police and security procedures, emergency response, and conflict resolution, with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships within the community. Driven by a desire to serve and protect, I am ready to contribute my skills to upholding the law and ensuring the wellbeing of all citizens.
