- Forecast review in IBP and uploading into SAP.
- Review allocations of internal raw material and manage any shortfalls/supply.
- Raw material replenishment in SAP and releasing purchase requisitions for 3rd party raw materials.
- Stock management – cycle count management, stock discrepancy, management of expired stock, review ageing stock, completing write off and disposal.
- Collate and prepare S&OP presentation.
- Calculate and report OTIF.
- Request setup or change of raw materials/finished products in APO and IBP.
- Stock reporting to region – which includes forecast for coming months, inventory reports blocked and slow/non-moving stocks.
- Support warehouse with annual stock take by reconciling counts and preforming stock adjustments.
- Update KPI file for site management meetings.
- Staff training.
- Sales order review and production scheduling.
- Review unforecasted demand and advise on raw material shortages.
- Manage implementation of SAP product and GHS labels.
