  • KTP in the Molecular Department.
  • Performs sample preparation, RNA, and DNA extractions on a wide variety of sample types by manual and automatic methods (Thermo Scientific KingFisher Purification System and Chemagic 360), and puts samples for real-time PCR processing and result analysis.
  • Sign-out reports and quality assessment programs.
  • Manages sample reception, registration, and processing, subsequently carrying out ELISA testing in serology via commercial kits and manual techniques.
  • Carrying out preparation, processing, and assessment of fecal samples for identification and enumeration of parasite eggs (Helminth and Liver fluke), larvae, and Coccidia oocysts through fecal flotation, sedimentation techniques, and additional microscopic methods in Parasitology.

  • Conducted sample preparation for biochemical parameters and testing utilizing COBAS 6000, COBAS E411, and IMMULITE 2000 in Biochemistry department followed by analysis of results and report sign-out.
  • Coordinate preparation of all samples in Specimen reception for analysis within different departments, involving labeling, registration, and sorting of various samples for testing and referrals.

  • Ensuring efficient testing of samples from receipt and registration into the laboratory through to the release of results to our clients, using the laboratory information management system (LIMS), and ensuring that procedures are adhered to in accordance with IANZ, MPI, industry, and QC requirements.
