  • For a client to request for a Credit Application they must first be On-boarded
  • When on-boarded they will obtain Bank Account(s) in Bank of Singapore (BOS)
  • CG will be used by the Front Office operators, namely Relationship Managers (RM) and Marketing assistants (MA) to create, modify and review Credit Applications
  • Market Heads (MH) and Global Market Heads (GMH) will use the system to provide Approvals from Front Office
  • In addition to above, in some special cases, Lending Product and Credit Structuring (LPCS) will also approve Credit Applications
  • After Front Office (FO) approvals are obtained, Credit Applications will be routed to the Back Office where Credit Service Specialists (CSS), Credit Risk (CRM), Higher Credit Authority (HCA), Credit Documentation (Doc) and Credit Servicing will work on the cases, provide approvals and implement limits for disbursement.
