Hi, my name is Sian Apanui I am looking at furthering my career and am currently looking for something more permanent, I am currently working for the Coles online call center as a work from home agent primarily dealing with customer complaints and queries in the form of both inbound and outbound calls as well as SMS and emails. I have a great desire to improve my own work quality and output (I have attached my call stats from my first week and my most current week) and continuously strive to better myself. In the past I have worked at hell pizza, which also held a high level of customer facing interaction that also involves resolving complaints and conflicts.
