By combining Morrisons' customer insight with our planning and media expertise, we create bespoke campaigns that put the shopper at the heart.


  • Responsible for leading the BWS and Dairy campaign delivery teams which activated FMCG and co-branded marketing campaigns across a range of media touchpoints (print & online)
  • Line management of 3 direct reports holding weekly team meetings, 121's and appraisals. Highlights include coaching 2 direct reports to promotions of Client Executive & Client Manager
  • Stakeholder management (internal & external) including Morrisons Trading/Buying teams, Online, Customer Marketing and FMCG suppliers
  • End to end service (planning, execution, evaluation) working as an extension of both FMCG and retailers teams
  • Build cohesive media plans with counterparts using data (Plan Apps) and external parties to unlock new opportunities inc print partners for media channels, execution/campaigns both in-store and online
  • Act as a trusted advisor recommending media channels based on data and insight and deliver best in class campaigns through ensuring accuracy, clear communication across teams involved in each project or campaign execution
