Sienna Gardiner

My name is Sienna Gardiner but i prefer to be called Kaylis, I am currently searching for my very first job... Exciting and scary. Being that i have no "real" job experience i will tell you about my qualities. I am a hard worker who takes pride in what I am doing. I am good at listening and following instructions and also like to make sure myself and my friends stay safe.

I am open to any job available as it will help me learn more and gain work experience.
I would like to explore different types of work to understand better what will suit me in the future. I would also like to make money to show my independence and learn the importance of having a job, the importance of saving, and most importantly, building my career for the future.

I am open-minded to anything and everything, I'll always give something I've never done a shot. I'm very well organized and stay on top of things efficiently and effectively. I want to gain more working experience and want to learn as much as I can before I graduate high school, I want to learn about business, trades and different working environments. I hope that working will help me improve my social skills, the importance of having a job, the importance of money, and most importantly, building my career for the future.

I've Developed strong collaboration and communication skills in community-focused environment due to volunteer work, looking to transition into a new field. I demonstrate adaptability and commitment to any supporting team objectives and am prepared to leverage these skills to contribute effectively in new professional setting.

I have played volleyball for 6 years competitively and am very committed towards the sport.

I played club for Ace Volleyball Academy and Polyactive as well as represented Hawkes Bay in the under 17's national IPC volleyball tournament.

And have been playing school volleyball for 4 years now, competing at volleyball nationals for secondary schools in Palmerston North.
