My roles as a childcare worker at Lollipops School Holiday Programme are

• Opening and Closing
• Greeting parents on arrival and pickup
• Communicating to parents about what there child/children have done throughout the day
• Providing activities for the day for all age groups
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the children to play within by sanitizing and wiping down play areas

My roles as a team lead at The GET group school holiday programme were,

• Opening and Closing
• Planning days with activities in advance so staff/children know we are doing what throughout the day
• Greeting parents on arrival and pickup
• Communicating with parents about there child/children and how there day was
• Letting staff know when to go on there breaks
• Giving medication to those child/children who need it
• Setting up activities for all age groups
• Providing staff to the correct ratios of children that we had
• Having a tidy and clean environment for the child/children to feel safe and play within by sanitizing and wiping down play areas
