  • Direct and process departing and arrival passengers/crew air/sea on behalf of Immigration New Zealand by: checking and verifying customs documentation, checking passports and travel documents, confirming the reasons for visiting New Zealand, using CusMod and other computer programs to accurately capture and report information received or actively undertaken, directing non-compliant customers/passengers for further interventions and provide assistance and information to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate with passengers and goods and processing of customer information
