Looking for a regular job after operating a small grow operating of my own which has trees and crops for the last couple of years. Dependable worker with experience, also keen to upskill if possible. Have advanced on-job skills in both tree and crop planting and operating machinery, and some home based skills in crop tending and harvesting. Do not have spraying license yet. Do have forklift license but probably will need to re certify as that was 4 years ago. Can work in handling physically demanding work and keeping equipment operational with regular maintenance.
