I am an experienced Customer service professional who both makes sure that my customers can find exactly what they're looking for while also maintaining my teams morale and helping everybody understand what jobs there are that needs to be done and why. I am currently a shift supervisor who trains new baristas to learn how to make the perfect cup of coffee and how to talk to customers to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. I have worked as an actor and theatre director for many years which helps me understand how to handle people in a way that not everybody does. I am and have always been a people person. I make jokes and funny voices but I know how to be serious. I am not afraid to come to someones aid and call emergency lines if needed. I believe in a better world where people are free to be who they are and express themselves however they'd like.
