• Release maintenance of the various Linux servers hosted on DEV, QA and Staging servers
• Perform application deployments on Unix/Linux environment, Perform tasks of improving software release environment and configuration of in-house products
• Perform SVN checkouts and maintain code base across several versions, Research on new software tools and technologies, Communicate technical information and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports on application changes, releases and version control.

• Handle Service request (SR) relevant to Weblogic product issues as raised by the customer globally
• Infrastructure application support for applications hosted on Weblogic server
• Provide customer support with respect to Deployments, Clustering, JDBC and server related issues
• Manage SR’s based on severity of the tickets and accordingly handling critical issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction with appropriate understanding of the query, perform root cause analysis and providing resolution for it
• Handle customer queries like installation with various Weblogic versions, Take decisions on when and whom to escalate based on critical issues, Coordinate with Advanced resolution teams (ARE) regarding critical issues
• Handling production based issues and proactively addressing the same, Web conferencing with customer for issues to get detailed understanding of exact issue
• Document the Service request details based on various points like Issue clarification, Issue verification, Cause determination, Cause justification, Proposed solution, Proposed justification, Solution/Action Plan and Knowledge management
• Provide solutions to customers and proactively closing the service requests, Documentation and maintenance of knowledge base.

• Security Audits for monitoring of various products like Weblogic, Lotus notes, IBM Websphere, IM Auditor, CTI Secure
• Handle the client request for providing user access rights
• Follow up with DBA team for various database and report related queries
• Monitor all events and escalating all exceptions relating to organization relevant domain
• Coordinate with Log review, DBA Team and ESM Team for performing audits for various products and ensure proper reconciliation
• Generate audit reports and distribute to all concerned stakeholders
• Validate privileged ID access with proper approvals/requests as available
• Highlight all violations to appropriate individuals and track to closure following exception requests.

• Analysis and Troubleshooting the J2EE based Applications hosted on Weblogic 8.1, 9.2, 10 Application Servers
• Dev, QA and Prod moves for various Safety and Sales applications
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for various user related queries
• Configure the connection pools for various applications
• Redeployment of EAR and WAR files from the Weblogic Console
• Review scripts and handle PRODUCTION SCR (Service Change Requests) for Airlines applications
• Handle incident management ticketing system based upon the client request and troubleshoot them.

Onsite Project: United Airlines Middleware Support, USA

• Handle various applications like Cargo, TAD, Mars and Pilot Binding Applications hosted at United Headquarters.
• Troubleshoot, deployment and Log monitoring of issues for applications in DEVELOPEMENT, QA STAGING and PRODUCTION environments.
• Provide Production support based on the Client requests for Airlines applications, Starting and stopping the servers in Unix and Linux environments.
• Involved in Supporting the Applications in HP-UNIX and LINUX environments such as File movements and deployments, configuring new services for such applications
