  • My main objective is to inspire youth and listeners to see a first person site of my experiences to help them learn, help, and motivate them to do what they are passionate about. At the moment, I am doing music full time to be an inspiring artist for South Auckland, and also for the wider community. I have been doing music since the age of fourteen at a youth center called “Strive Community Trust”. This passion for music speaks for itself. With my passion for music it enabled me to be selected for a major music platform in the United Kingdom called “Blackbox”.

  • I have hosted and performed at community events, such as “275 day” which happens once a year to celebrate my community, Mangere. 275 is a barbershop that is owned by Fitz where he mentors youth, and holds seminars to upskill the people in our community, old and young. What I have learnt from these community events is how to interact with people from different walks of life. Also, having the confidence to control a crowd and making them at home.

  • As a security guard, I was responsible for the safety of people who attended social events. My role was to help escort intoxicated people to make sure their safety was reached, so others and my staff are safe.

  • My role when I started as a laborer was to control traffic, be a good spotter, and how to identify services underground. Few months later, I was able to run a hauling team. I became the youngest team leader in my company. As a team leader, I had to oversee the safety of my crew, and to plan on safe procedures before starting work.
