I have babysat children aged from 18 months to 10 years of age. My duties were following parents' specific guidelines, routine and preferences of the children. These included organising fun activities, games and reading etc. I also prepared meals and snacks, whilst also doing light housekeeping and laundry chores. I maintained a clean and organised environment to ensure the well being of the children

• The work that I did was meal preparation as well as packaging foods for underprivileged families. I also maintained neat and clean operational facilities

• I answered and directed incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient communication between clients and team members
• I managed office reception duties, greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner
• I also assisted with light administrative tasks including filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies, contributing to the smooth operation of daily office functions
