In my last role before becoming a mother I was a communicative 2IC Manager with comprehensive experience providing administrative and operational support to managers. Motivating staff to meet personal and company goals while planning and implementing various strategies to boost productivity- a strong team leader possessing mature decision making abilities.
Being at home with my daughter the past 5 years has cultivated my love of cooking, deepened my stamina, and has put me in good stead for working in a busy cafe environment.

- Helped in the expansion of the Fabric Store moving into the online sales world. I photographed fabrics, uploaded them online and wrote descriptions.
- I also worked in store in a customer service roll in conjunction with days at the head office. Here I helped customers choose fabric and was lead of the fabric displays, changing often to make the store look as fresh and inspiring as possible.
-In charge of the iconic window displays, a creative roll including graphic design elements.
- Helping customers choose the correct fabric for their upholstering and curtaining needs. Depending on the project this can be a costly undertaking for the customer, so making them feel comfortable and confident in their choice was important.
- Calculating the correct length of fabric required for curtaining and upholstery work.
- In charge of changing fabric displays, moving heavy rolls of fabric and stock take.
- Photographing fabrics for online and writing descriptions.
- Part of front of house staff, operating til taking orders, delivering food and coffee to tables.
