  • I’ve gained plenty of skills that have proven to be versatile in my personal life as well as other positions. I have become comfortable in customer service, dealing with the general public and adapting to difficult customer situations. I have dealt with multiple CRM’s and computer systems which I have learnt quickly and use efficiently. Invoicing, receipting, managing email emails and social media, incoming/outgoing phone calls and face to face interactions are some of my many day to day tasks.
  • I have been given independence in my current job to undertake tasks above my outlined role. There have also been instances where I have been trusted to make big decisions and take charge of situations that have taught me plenty. I have become competent in maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, keeping on top of paperwork and administrative tasks as well as being part of a well-managed office team.
