  • Maintained a high level of accuracy in test results by following strict quality control procedures.
  • Carried out cell counts twice daily on starter and propagation tanks to ensure ferment viability and control.
  • Collected samples for winemakers and set up various trials including heat, protein stability, copper, residual sugars, alcohol concent as well as carrying out free and total sulphur titrations daily.

I absolutely love the outdoors and you can often find my family hiking up a mountain, jet skiing or taking part in an adventure race!

We have shares in our family farm and vineyard

I make my own boutique wine and we live in North Canterbury on 10 acres with our two huskies, chickens, sheep and beef calves
