  • Management responsibility for CentrePort’s primary port operations, encompassing the following business units, with approximately 130 staff and 9 direct reports: Engineering & Maintenance, Port Security, Log Operations, Bulk Fuels, Ferries, Cruise, Container Services, Breakbulk, & RORO.
  • Identified areas of improvement in current business practices and collaborated with other departments to develop action plans for implementation.

  • Responsible for efficiently coordinating container operations while also supervising the engineering and maintenance department and ensuring port security.
  • Involved extensively in 3 separate Collective Agreement negotiations with a tripartite union (MUNZ, RMTU, Etu)
  • Oversight of key terminal CAPEX projects including $8M rail onto port, $30M container berth extension and purchase of 7 x EV Terminal Tractors (1stport in southern hemisphere to implement 100% EV CHE solution)
