I've effectively managed patient information and treatment using technology, including the V-care app and Medi Mapp. This has ensured smooth collaboration among the care team. I've dutifully explored frailty standards, learning the subtleties of accurately and empathetically evaluating and meeting senior citizens' multifaceted requirements. Through practical experience, I have gained expertise in giving instructions and delegating, handling care responsibilities efficiently, and putting patient safety and comfort first. By adhering to cultural safety concepts and working to provide each resident with inclusive and courteous care, I have developed an awareness of various cultural backgrounds. In addition, I attended a wound care class, which has helped me understand more about different dressing methods and wound care supplies. Working with interdisciplinary teams, I am committed to maximizing elderly care well-being and quality of life by emulating a person-centered and holistic approach to care.
