Summary

I currently am working as a Training Advisor for Primary ITO.

My role includes guiding and facilitating adult learners who are working in the Dairy and Sheep and Beef Sector.

My role is to sign learners up to our programmes and then support their learning journey by setting goals and assessing their unit standards.

I have learnt a lot of skills whilst being in this role which include:

Networking with Industry partners, selling, communicating with Employers,event Planning, budgeting,goal Setting as well as organisational skills.

I have a strength of being able to connect with people and I also have creative skills that I think would benefit this role.

My husband and I are contract milking and have been running a business for over 8 years now. I have two beautiful children Karly (9years) and Amelia (7years).

I am interested in furthering my skills and creativity and I'm not afraid of hard work and challenging myself along the way.
