  • Responsibile for designing and delivering the CCC in-house project, CCC Direct. Worked with stakeholders to define current state, identify pain-points, possible solutions and whilst challenging, we achieved team support and buy-in to deliver the pilot and roll within two months. Also developed fit-for-purpose tools and templates Figma/FigJam for copy development, and Microsoft Azure for briefing, workflow management and reporting to support the CCC Direct process.
  • Provided regular and ongoing change communications including emails, teams messages, 1-1 meetings, and workshop training sessions to ensure the team had clarity, reassurance and constant support and guidance throughout process improvement initiatives.
  • Created the new CCC guidelines document, to support the team with delivering best practice communications across all CCC channels. The guidelines focused on single-minded messaging, consistency and being insights and data-driven to offer the best customer and business outcomes.
  • Delivered several other process improvements, including a new Brand and Marketing SharePoint site to host all SOPs, training and helpful links for team members, a new SharePoint Work Tracker tool for simpler administration and clearer visibility of work, new Studio direct process, interim copy-writing support agency and more delivering significant cost and time savings.
  • Created a people capability uplift programme which included access to micro-learning tools, training options, recognition intiaitves, and a bespoke peer coaching programme, all to support growth and learning within the team, to improve productivity, employee engagement and drive better results.
  • Onboarded new suppliers, trained users on new processes and tools, negotiated contracts with more favourable rates, resolved conflicts and tensions around change by actively listening to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground.
