I manage all workshop fabrication through to site install project delivery at multiple work fronts GEO/Hydro including MBC Drilling Rig32 24/7 support. Engineering client technical support, creation of repair methodology's ITP's PQR's, Organising contract recourse and 3rd party inspection. Reactive to client needs on unforeseen works during station shutdowns where short turn around is required, due to this i have a great personal working relationship with most clients. Provided training, support, direction and mentorship to continually develop employee work habits, job skills and safety practices.
