• Joined team 2 weeks before open day to finalize 3 different drinks menus, and organize bar for optimal flow during service.
• Day 2 of Rénao opening, both GM and assistant GM tested positive for Covid. Providing opportunity to learn to manage teams early on. this led to closing managing responsibilities such as till counting, and staff training, responsibilities maintained for duration of employment.
• Simultaneously created cocktails for all 3 drinks menus during service. including 20 signature cocktails, 6 alcoholic boba tea cocktails, and a bespoke boba tea menu. Along with classic and bespoke cocktails.
