Grace Foundation is the largest residential bailhouse in the country. Housing persons released from prison either on bail, sentenced or on parole most of whom are on 24hr bracelet conditions. Catering to their accommodation reintegration and rehabilitative needs. The role I played involved enforcing the house rules on a day to day basis making sure residents are engaging in weekly activities and sticking to the kaupapa. Driving residents to and from programme's lawyers WINZ or court appointments and in between movements managing the floor 24hrs on a rotational shift. As well as being the moral support to all the brothers coming through and helping them out where I can.
