  • Manage the Canning operation of Goat infant formula, embedded fantastic leadership culture and maintaining high regulated infant formula standards
  • Responsible for managing day to day operations, budgets, strategic planning, and projects
  • Manage a 24/7 Canning Plant operations, 6 direct reports and team of 65 staff
  • Experienced and versatile leading other plants in DGC, Blending and Can Manufacture plants
  • Highly regulated infant formula standards, lead and managing Quality was critical
  • Projects and Capex work - Successfully lead and manage project of building a medium care section as part of the Infant formula Requirements for Canning Plant 13 million capital investment
  • Staff development – training and upskilling staff to meet MPI standards in infant formula regulations and requirements
  • Strong focus of optimization of process, reduce waste of daily giveaways of 3 grams of powder for average of 50,000 cans, which was equivalent to 30K giveaway of yield powder per daily run
  • Use DMAIC methodology to solve the problems which we saved more than million dollars of giveaway powder in 2018
  • Achieved targets in Canning, best output of 3 million cans in one Month during the pandemic challenges, lead while working from home for 2 months during lockdown
  • Our OEE rate lift from 73% to 81% in 2021
  • Plant rate continue to lift from 2019 to 2021 at 100 cans per minute to 125 cans per minute
  • Plant size changes reduced from 3.5hours to 2 hours in 2019 enable the Canning plant produce 200,000 extra cans per annum
  • Highest Engagement score on site as team at 82% and highest individual score as a manager at 91%.
