Ensure that all staff take due care in and around the equipment to reduce and eliminate the risk of injury and damage to property.
Ensure optimisation of rosters and manpower required to ensure use of temporary labour is at a minimum and manages overtime effectively.
System based missorts need to be investigated and system issues need to be fixed with urgency.
Manual missorts are monitored for frequency and training given where required and/or performance management plans put in place.
Work closely with the Sales teams to induct new customers seamlessly and put in place volume plans in expectation of increased volumes.
