Started this job not knowing what was instore for me, but knowing my life experience and life skills would benefit me in this role. Having the chance to meet and work with these men has been a rewarding experience. Being able to relate with alot off these mens upbringing and background had made my transition into this job alot smoother. Getting to walk beside and support them on their journey to reintergrating back into the community.

• Collaborated with engineering team to determine project specifications.
• Studied corrections from senior engineers to learn and grow professionally.
• Assisted engineers with inspections of finished construction.

* Liaison with Client and other sub contractors.

* Preparation of surfaces ready for paving in domestic and commercial environments.
